“The 2023 Pinot Noir Nightwing Vineyard is so much more expressive on the nose than it was in 2022. These vines, planted in 2017, are just starting to come into their own. Beguiling aromatics of sweet cherry, exotic spice, orange peel and sea spray feel very lifted throughout. This wind-swept site yields thick-skinned grapes that manifest in a wine of considerable structure, which really works here to give the wine a bit more heft—especially within the range of very light 2023s.” – Vinous
