Directions:
1. Add a scoop of raspberry sorbet to a chilled glass.
2. Add your gin and blood orange juice to a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake with ice and strain into the glass with sorbet.
4. Top with Cava.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
