78% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot

All 3 of these components were fermented and aged separately, it was only after meticulous blending sessions was this blend created. The wine was aged for almost 2 years in neutral French barrels before being racked, blended and bottled.

Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly and bone-dry.
