Oddbird Rose is made from a mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the French region of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Oddbird Rose expresses an extensive palate with notes of summer berries, citrus and granny smith apple. All while maintaining high acidity and minerality for a balanced, fresh and crisp experience.

The wine is matured for up to 12 months in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wine’s natural crispiness and then gently liberated from alcohol using a unique and patented method that preserves the wine’s natural flavours and aromas.
