Produced from Malbec grown in Vista Flores in the Uco Valley at 1,050 metres above sea level. Hand-harvested and cold macerated for 48 hours before 14 days of fermentation, then aged for five months in concrete eggs. Deep red in colour with dark edges, showing aromas of violets, blackberries and raspberries. The palate is structured with robust, persistent tannins and impressive freshness, reflecting the high-altitude character of this distinctive Mendoza Malbec.
