Appearance – Bright pale lemon.
Nose – Fine, intense and delicate, harmoniously expressed with flavours of acacia flowers and white melon.
Palate – Good softness with well integrated warm note, which closes with a pleasant sapid aftertaste.
Service – 8-10 °C
Food matching – It goes well with appetizers, delicate first courses and fish dishes.
