This is always one of BC’s best Pinot Blancs. I have always felt that Pinot Blanc does not get the attention it deserves, and this wine really reinforced that for me. This has a fantastic texture, great acidity and some tremendous spicy notes that really take this to another level.
“Lake Breeze also produces one of the best Pinot Blancs in the Okanagan. It is rarely tasted side by side with the Pinot Gris, so as not to confuse consumers. This wine has aromas and flavours of pear, citrus and spice. For a bit of complexity, Garron gave skin contact to less than 10% of the fruit before pressing off the juice and fermenting it in stainless steel.”

This wine shows the aromas of fresh pear and green apple with a bright finish and an underlying minerality.
