Au Coeur translates to “The Heart.” Merlot is the heart of Bordeaux, and it has certainly captured ours.

Working with a local cooperative in Saint-Émilion, we crafted this wine from grapes sourced in the Saint-Émilion and Libourne regions.

It is fermented and aged in concrete vats, preserving purity, texture, and expression. This is a wine meant to be enjoyed now and shared with friends—just as wine should be. The label reflects what we love most: each other, wine, Saint-Émilion, Merlot, and life itself.
