This was an epic vintage of Solaia, with incredible structure and depth. The tannins, while plentiful, are soft and round, making this approachable while young. However, there’s no rush to drink this, as Wine Spectator set the drinking window at 2026-2045.

“This youthful version features intense black currant, blackberry and black cherry fruit wrapped in accents of cedar, Mediterranean scrub and toasty oak, with a mineral streak underlining it all.
