“A floral and bright red with brambleberry character. Cedar, too. Medium body with very fine tannins that are polished and beautiful. Long and refined. So delicious. A complete and balanced Tuscan red bottles.” – James Suckling
Villa Antinori 2019 is deep ruby red in colour. Its nose is intense and complex, defined by notes of wild berries; blueberries and black currants, and notes of toasted hazelnuts, spices and vanilla. A full-bodied palate is well rounded with supple velvety tannins and a long savoury finish.
Blend of: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot, Syrah and Merlot
The Antinori family of Florence, one of the world’s oldest and most distinguished wine producers, has lived in Tuscany since the 14th century and celebrated its 625th anniversary as winemakers in 2010. The current company president, Marchese Piero Antinori, believes in the tradition that the primary role of wine is to accompany food and enhance the dining experience.
