St. Supery Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a benchmark Napa Valley white, sourced from the estate’s Dollarhide Vineyard in the northeastern hills of Napa Valley. Highly aromatic and expressive, it opens with vibrant notes of grapefruit, kiwi, lemon zest, and dried melon, layered with subtle fennel and gentle oak spice. The palate is richly textured yet refreshing, offering flavors of pink grapefruit, ripe green apple, lime zest, and white peach, supported by lively acidity and a round, creamy mouthfeel from partial barrel fermentation and sur‑lie aging.
