Res Fortes Côtes du Roussillon 2022, hand-crafted, whole bunched pressed Rosé wine. This is a wonderfully elegant, fruit forward, dry, Rosé wine. This wine is best-served cold and is ideal to drink on its own. It also drinks beautifully with goat cheese salad, smoked salmon, oysters, seared scallops, crab legs, or grilled pork loin, and is the perfect wine to impress friends over a BBQ or dinner.
