This is the first beer in Born Colorado's SOUR Series. The NOVA Sour #001 is a Sour NEIPA with intense tropical flavours that fade nicely into a modestly tart finish. You may remember this brew as one of the BCB taproom releases from 2020. BCB has updated the recipe and dry-hopped this batch with Citra and Mosaic, the NOVA Sour is characterized by bold mango, lychee, and stone fruit aromas.
