Description
“Big, full-bodied and smooth with ripe dark cherry, black currant, cedar brush spice, savoury herbs and smoky vanilla flavours on the palate.”
-Natalie MacLean
Liberty School wines are made in a traditional style. Fruit-driven, they are crafted to reflect true varietal character. The wines are barrel-aged, employing very little new oak. Oak is used as a building component rather than a flavouring agent.
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Petite Sirah
