One of Japan’s most popular imo (sweet potato) shochu expressions, Kuro Kirishima is crafted using black koji for enhanced richness and depth. Aromas of roasted sweet potato, subtle earth and delicate spice lead to a smooth, rounded palate with hints of tropical fruit and umami. Exceptionally versatile, it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with water, or served in the traditional oyuwari style with hot water.
