If you haven’t tried Pais (pronounced “pie”) then you are missing out. It’s super juicy and a lot of fun to drink. Just oozes ripe red berry notes. It’s also super tangy and vibrant. A little bit like really good Beaujolais but it’s really its own thing and needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Very food friendly.
