Appearance Gold/yellow, thick long lasting head, hazy without being murky
Aroma Tropical and stone fruits. Red Berries. Slight bread. Citrus followed by floral.
Flavour Fruity, semi sweet, loads of fresh fruit and berries. Slight malt/bread notes.
Mouth feel Soft, smooth, sweet, very little bitterness. Low carbonation to let the mouthfeel show.
Key ingredients Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Mosaic, Cashmere, Azacca, and fermented on our house hazy yeast strain.
