Yéyo Silver is handcrafted in small batches from the finest 100% Blue Agave from a single estate. Yéyo Silver is crisp and clean with hints of rich floral citrus agave notes. On the palate, there is an elusive balance of pepper, sweet, and spice. The perfect tequila for sipping or mixing in your favourite cocktail.
The formula for Yéyo starts with care for the earth. They harvest only the best mature agave plants from a single estate, using no added pesticides or fertilizer. The magic is made when they slowly roast the agave for 53+ hours + 7 hours of prep and cool down in traditional brick ovens to bring out exceptional flavour and sweetness. After fermenting for 190+ hours with the sweet serenade of Spanish classical music to relax the juice, it is double distilled in copper pot stills for a cleaner and crisper finish. Also, Yéyo is verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker. Using only three ingredients: mature agave, yeast and deep well water.
