The Nerello Mascalese grown on the slopes of Mt Etna has found many admirers in the last few years, and demand (and prices) have soared. Fortunately, the wines from Terre Nere are not only some of the very best of Etna, but they have also remained very affordable. This Rosso is always terrific, but the 2019 vintage is the best yet and rivals many single-vineyard wines for quality. Do not miss this!

The 2019 Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Rosso is a ruby red color. The nose is ripe fruits and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, fine balanced and rich with a very elegant finish.
