Description
92 Points James Suckling
Complex, dense, yellow, floral and fruit aromas on the nose are accented by stony minerality across the mid-palate. Flavors of peach, dried apple, nutmeg flavors are rich and bright with a touch of orange marmalade. Texturally very broad across the palate, the viscosity lingers long into the finish.
“Aromas of crushed sage, baked lemon and a hint of lavender. Medium-bodied with steady and driving acidity that pulls out the citrus and herbs and articulates them clearly. Fresh. Chalky texture with a bit of chew at the finish. Bottle age will bring it together.”
-James Suckling
Pairing: White meat, vegetarian and pasta dishes with complex sauces and rich flavors. Brie.
