A blend of Macabeu (60%) and Grenache Gris (40%) makes this a great, easy drinking, dry, summer wine. This wine is drinking well now, is best served chilled, and is ideal to drink on it’s own. It is also a very versatile food wine, and pairs beautifully with Moules-frites, pasta vongole, baked seafood or roast chicken dishes
