Description
Renacer Punto Cabernet Sauvignon is bright ruby red in colour and has aromas of blackberries and cassis with spicy notes of green peppercorns and eucalyptus. On the palate, notes of vanilla and sweet spice from the oak ageing underscore flavours of juicy black cherries and plums. Overall, the wine is elegant with a lingering finish and a bright acidity.
Pairs very well with steaks and chops of all kinds, roasts served with Port wine sauce, and hard cheeses like farmhouse cheddars.
