Tavel is something unique and it’s a treat to drink. It’s a darker, more powerful  rose than the ubiquitous Provencal versions that typically line store shelves and it’s absolutely delicious. This is one of the best we have tried and it’s incredibly food friendly. 

“A creamy and refreshing Tavel with notes of redcurrants, wild strawberries and some sweet spices as well. Medium body with medium acidity. Round and silky with a creamy core of fruits towards the juicy finish.” – James Suckling
