Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. is a craft brewery in Esquimalt B.C. Phillips is one of only a few craft brewers in Canada to malt their own barley. Their malting plant allows them to work with local farmers, be environmentally conscious and have more control over quality.
The Blue Buck is a legendary beast, featuring a robust, malt-forward body underpinned with crisp northwest hops. Well balanced and highly drinkable.
