After several years of experimentation, Aurelio Montes decided to produce a ros? from Syrah (the grape he made famous in Chile with the country’s first Ultra-Premium Syrah, Montes Folly). Montes Cherub is a seductive, elegant, dry wine, with intense cherry-pink colour.

Delicious fresh red fruit aromas such as raspberries, strawberries, and pomegranate predominate on the surprisingly intense nose, along with subtle notes of tropical fruit recalling pineapple and mango that lend a cheerful character, all rounded out with a delicate floral touch. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and a very pleasing lush and creamy finish.
Montes is a large wine producer in Chile, exporting wines to more than 100 countries around the world. The company produces a wide range of wines from classic Chilean grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay.
