FOOD PAIRINGS
Served chilled, this wine is very refreshing and surprisingly versatile. It may be drunk as a apéritif or it can go
with an impressive array of foods, especially salads, seafood as well as pork or chicken.
VINEYARDS
This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. It was made using a combination of direct press and the saignée method
and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The juice is then allowed to ferment alone at a low temperate (18-20°C/65-68°F) to preserve the maximum aroma.
