91 Points James Suckling
As I have mentioned previously, this is my go-to midweek pizza wine. I drink more Briccotondo than any other wine. There’s so much much bright, vibrant fruit and surprising complexity for a wine at this price point. It’s delicious, food friendly and it’s one of the best buys out there.
“This shows plum compote, blackberry essence and vanilla. Yet, the oak doesn’t get in the way on the palate, which is fresh and lithe. Soft and velvety yet bright and agile.”
