Complex and generous, Chassagne-Montrachet 2016 has a clear lemon colour. The nose and palate present with intense aromas and flavours of acacia, yellow peaches and ripe pineapple, lined with notes of vanilla, almonds and hazelnuts. The finish is long and leaves a sense of generosity.

Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, marly, clay, limestone, and pebble-rich soils located in the south end of the Côte de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied Chardonnay bringing the highest expression of the terroir.

Fermentation and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on lees for 16 months. Fining and light filtration before bottling.
