Eau Claire Cherry Gin
This London-dry style gin is infused with sour cherries and over 12 unique botanicals.
The barley-based gin has a hint of natural sweetness, with a tart, pleasant, long silky finish and a unique mouthfeel. It is a great addition to your cocktail repertoire or as an aperitif.
The deep red hue of this gin comes from fresh cherries. On the nose, Cherry Gin is juniper-forward and has a nice balance of floral and spice. The taste is a rich mouthfeel, sweet, slightly dry, juniper and citrus with a whisper of tart cherry.

Eau Claire Distillery is situated about 45 minutes southwest of downtown Calgary in a historic hamlet, called Turner Valley. The distillery is housed in the circa-1929 Turner Valley Movie Theatre and Dance Hall that in early days served as town hall, political rally centre, dance hall and community gathering spot.
