Named for Bowmore’s famous No.1 vaults, this single malt is drawn exclusively from first fill bourbon casks. Bold aromas of vanilla fudge and peat smoke lead to flavours of toffee, citrus peel, smoke and iodine. Notes of vanilla and peat linger on the long, warming finish. Serve with apple wood-smoked pork chops.
