Bodegas Borsao Berola is a bold yet polished Spanish red from Campo de Borja, crafted primarily from old‑vine Garnacha with Syrah. Deep garnet in colour, it offers intense aromas of ripe black fruit layered with balsamic notes and hints of toasted oak. The palate is rich and expressive, with soft, well‑integrated tannins and balanced acidity leading to a smooth, generous finish. Aged in French and American oak, Berola is an excellent match for grilled meats, sausages, and aged cheeses.
