Description
Artéis & Co, with a focus on high-quality, artisanal, vintage champagne, was born in 2013. It is the brainchild of Chef de Cave Fabien Gay (who previously worked at Perrier-Jouët and Mumm) and Jean-Philippe Diot, a grower based in Vinay. Building on their solid experience and knowledge they wanted to build a project that celebrates expression and craftsmanship, rather than being bound by a house style. Their story, albeit brief, is already a successful one: they produce world-class champagnes that rival those of the most prestigious houses for a fraction of the price.
100% Chardonnay
Appearance: A deep golden robe paired with a persistent creamy mousse
Nose: The nose showcases notes of flowers and elegant fruits (pear, green apple), peach and some citrus flavours (orange, mandarin and lemon zest). Notes of evolution with hints of different nuts, nougat and toasted brioche
Palate: Uniquely pleasing and neat attack. The wine has a round and full-bodied personality paired with outstanding complexity
