Description
Tasting notes: Orchard fruit, citrus zest, and an underlying saline note. Fresh, light and drinkable.
Gall Blanc comes from a single plot, planted in 1984 on clay-calcareous soil 20km from the Mediterranean. After harvest the grapes are left in a chilled room for 24 hours at between 5 and 7 degrees to maintain freshness and avoid oxidation. They are then destemmed and left to macerate on skins for one week before pressing. Aged solely in stainless steel for 7 months before bottling.
